郭令明 (KWEK LENG BENG)，63 岁
非执行主席兼提名委员会主席

自千禧国敦酒店股份上市公司成立以来，郭令明先生一直担任公司主席。郭先生还是城市发展有限公司、新加坡丰隆集团的执行主席，City e-Solutions 有限公司的主席兼总经理。自 1995 年以来，郭先生一直是新美商会会员。1998 年，郭先生荣获约翰逊威尔士大学 (Johnson & Wales University) 授予的酒店管理方向商业管理博士学位。

在安达信和仲量联行酒店举办的第三届亚太酒店业投资会议上，郭先生还曾获得“亚洲酒店业者 10 年成就奖”殊荣。

2000 年，英国牛津布鲁克斯大学 (Oxford Brookes University) 授予郭先生荣誉学位，是年至 2003 年 11 月，郭先生曾任新加坡管理大学董事会成员。


王鸿仁 (WONG HONG REN)，52 岁
联合首席执行官

王鸿仁先生在千禧国敦酒店集团公司筹备上市之初加盟，任公司非执行董事。他是 City e-Solutions 有限公司的非执行董事，并担任新加坡丰隆集团的集团投资经理一职。2001 年 4 月，王先生被委任为公司执行董事。


郭令裕 (KWEK LENG JOO)，51 岁
非执行董事

郭令裕先生在千禧国敦酒店集团筹备上市之初加盟，他是城市发展有限公司的执行董事。新加坡丰隆集团的执行董事，并在丰隆集团下属多个上市公司担任要职，其中包括 City e-Solutions 有限公司和丰隆金融有限公司。郭先生现任新加坡中华总商会会长，并任新加坡商业联合总会副主席，服务于多个上市公司和国内机构。


郭令柏 (KWEK LENG PECK)，47 岁
非执行董事

郭令柏先生在千禧国敦酒店集团筹备上市之初加盟，任丰隆集团执行董事。他在丰隆集团下属的多个上市公司担任多项要职，这包括城市发展有限公司、City e-Solutions 有限公司、丰隆新加坡金融有限公司和丰隆亚洲有限公司。获得会计学文凭。


Thurso 子爵，52 岁
非执行副主席、高级独立董事兼薪酬委员会主席

2002 年 5 月，Thurso 子爵被委任为公司董事，他是国际酒店业管理协会会员。之前，他为克立夫顿 (Cliveden) 创始人并担任总经理一职，曾任格兰法股份有限公司 (Granfel Holdings Limited) 首席执行官、休闲用品股份有限公司 (Fitness & Leisure Holdings Limited) 首席执行官等多个要职。他还是 Walker Greenbank plc 的非执行主席，任期至 2002 年。此前，他曾担任 Savoy Group plc 和 Royal Olympic Cruiselines 的非执行董事。他目前是 Caithness、Sutherland 和 Easter Ross 的议员。


CHRISTOPHER SNEATH，72 岁
独立非执行董事兼审计委员会主席

Christopher Sneath 先生于 1999 年 3 月加盟千禧国敦酒店股份上市公司。1994 退休之前，他是一名特许会计师，以及 KPMG 的资深合伙人。他曾任 Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc 的非执行董事，直至 2002 年。


JOHN SCLATER CVO，65 岁
独立非执行董事

John Sclater 先生在千禧国敦酒店集团筹备上市之初加盟，目前担任 Graphite Enterprise Trust PLC、Finsbury Life Sciences Investment Trust PLC 和 Argent Group Europe Limited 的主席。他是 Grosvenor Group Holdings 的副主席，及 Grosvenor Estate 的理事。他还担任 James Cropper PLC 和 Wates Group Limited 的董事。曾担任 Berisford plc、Foreign & Colonial Investment Trust PLC、The Equitable Life Assurance Society、Hill Samuel Bank Limited、The Union Discount Company of London PLC、Guinness Mahon & Co Ltd 和 Nordic Bank Limited 的主席。他曾是 Council of The Duchy of Lancaster、First Church Estates Commissioner 和 The Archbishops Council 的成员。


CHARLES KIRKWOOD，68 岁
独立非执行董事

Charles Kirkwood 先生于 2002 年 5 月被委任为董事，之前曾任 Rosewood（亚洲）酒店及渡假村的执行董事，为 Ripplewood（日本）的工业伙伴。他目前是一家私人酒店公司 Shawnee Holding Inc 的总裁兼董事，同时担任 Pennsylvania General Energy 的董事。他还是纽约律师协会的会员，宾夕法尼亚州和美国高等法院的成员。


JOHN ARNETT, 53
Executive Director
John Arnett joined Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc as Chief Executive Officer of North America on 14 March 2007, and was appointed an executive director of the Board on 3 May 2007. As CEO of North American operations, he is responsible for day to day operations as well as the expansion of Millennium & Copthorne Hotels' North American operations.
He has worked in the hospitality industry for 30 years, most recently as President of the Kor Hotel Group in Los Angeles, where he led the Group's expansion of its luxury hotels and resorts. Prior to that, he worked for over 10 years at the Kimpton Hotel and Restaurant Group, where as Senior Vice President, he oversaw the operations and profitability of 37 Kimpton Group properties, while guiding the transition of new assets into stable operating businesses. Earlier, he served as Kimpton's Vice President of Acquisitions and Property Transformation, contributing to numerous acquisitions throughout the US and Canada. His background also includes the management operations of luxury hotels and resorts including General Manager of the Ritz Carlton Mauna Lani, Hawaii, where he was the recipient of both the Five Diamond Hotel and Restaurant Award. He also managed the flagship Ritz Carlton Buckhead in Atlanta; and managed resorts in Minnesota and Arizona. He has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver.
